Refund Policy

Our refund policy for strength condition, exercise and therapy sessions are designed to ensure your wellness and rehabilitation while maintaining fairness. If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your cancelled session. Cancellations made less than 24 before the session will be forgone. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing the best service possible.

If you sign up for a package, and decide to cancel before the first session begins, you will be refunded for the amount of the package less the service charge fee collected, which covers the credit card processing fee.
